From time to time we get asked "why is my tank scale not working?". Here is a video to show you how to properly hook up your tank.

I agree with Dick, video doesn't show how to lift a 47 # full tank onto a hook in the confined space of the 210 spirit. Weber engineers have the head where the sun doesn't shine!
Thanks for taking the time to comment. We appreciate your feedback about the tank scale, we will pass this along!
There is now way in hell that a person can reach in like that and hang a full tank. I pride myself with having extremely strong hands and arms and I cannot do that. If you extended your arms with that much weight while on your knees (and you have to be on your knees to get inside the case) you will fall forward into the Bar-B-Q. That video was obviously done with an empty tank. Bad design.
Thanks for checking out the video. We're always working to improve our products and we appreciate feedback from our fans, both good and bad, so we've passed your comments along to our design teams.
Thanks and grill on!
You should include this in the owner's manual.
Hi Robert! Thanks for your feedback! We do have the instructions outlined in the owner's guide but putting it online helps those fans who don't have the guide handy! Grill on!
