Rated 5 out of 5 by JPWW from Love it I got this for Christmas a couple of years ago.I did a duck on it on boxing day and haven't looked back since. In fact I'm now quite disinterested when I have to barbecue meat that doesn't lend itself to going on the spit. I've managed to squeeze one medium and two small fowl on the skewer before and conjured up ties to make seemingly wrong shaped joints ft too, but birds fit best. I always tie the wings and legs in with string and set a tray to catch juices below. Most of the juices stay in the bird though which is the beauty of the thing. The meat is always moist and the skin crisp all round. I cook on coals and one chimney does a medium to large chicken anyhting bigger would need a top up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KYPork from Simply Works Simple to set up. Simple to operate. Set it and leave it for great meat. Keeps meat from drying out or being overdone on one side. Avoids flipping and handling meat too much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TAPCON 1 from WEBER'S MISSING LINK I smoke a turkey for THANKSGIVING every year . I had to put foil over the top of the bird as the lid rested on it. So I thought, if only I could make a collar to raise the lid a few inches. I found this from WEBER while surfing the web. Just what I needed ! Plus it came with the rotisserie accessory . Super moist chicken! Well worth the investment.
