Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great —- while they work I love my iGrill (the original), iGrill mini, and Kitchen thermometer. They are very accurate and make for great steaks, ribs, fish, chicken, and brisket. I have bought at least 10 replacement probes over the years. My only complaint is that they don’t last a full season. I’m very careful when cleaning and handling them, but disappointed in their longevity. I always buy 2 at a time to make sure I have a backup. At least the price has come down from last time I ordered them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weber Meat Probes I love to smoke meats...I received the Weber BlueTooth Meat Thermometer as a gift and it came with 2 probes but can accommodate 4 probes at the same time...I bought the 2 additional probes and I am glad I did!! I can now see the temps of 4 different meats cooking without raising the smoker door and letting heat escape. Great tool for every cook!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very well made and nesting cable keepers are great I bought the iGrill Meat Probes to go with my new Genesis II 400 grill. I have owned a few remote thermometers but, this system is far superior because you can have up to 4 probes to monitor ambient temp at the grill and up to 3 more probes for the various items cooking across the grates. The only thing I would change would be to have a little stronger magnets in the cable keepers to better hold the kit together when in storage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great temperature probe I took a chance at the recommendation of my Weber dealer to replace my old Weber handheld probe with the iGrill. I was constantly frustrated with my old Weber probe but the iGrill is fantastic. It maintains good contact with my iPhone 7 and I can even leave the phone within bluetooth range and get the readouts on my iWatch 2 anywhere in my house Wi-Fi network. The ambient probe give me my grill temperature and the other three can go into different parts of the meat to ensure the right cook everytime. No more guessing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Probes stopped working after one use. I bought an Igrill with two probes and after the first use one probe burned up and the second just stopped working. Also the Igrill loose's connection with my tablet in the middle of cooking. What a waist of money and meat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good. But not exceptional. I just received my third set of these probes. They work OK for awhile, but I'm a frequent user and after about a year of service the wires get quite stff and the readings not entirely reliable. Before you burn a $50 tenderloin it's better to replace the $15 probes. I also find the thermometer software pretty clunky. It takes too many clicks to get to grilling. The graphs are also still pretty lame. They ought to be scalable and have a feature to extrapolate a predicted "done" time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Probes I don't use the meat probes that often maybe 2-3 times a year. They don't last. My latest probes went bad after about 5 cooks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 3 out of 4 no longer read accurately. I bought the igrill 2 and 4 pro probes and love the features and bluetooth capabilities. However after about a year of use, I started having issues with faulty readings on my probes, and I now have 3 out of 4 that are no longer worth using due to their complete failure, or incorrect reading. I confirm readings between probes insame meat and with weber 44073 Instand read thermometer. For price of 3 replacment probes, may just buy competitive product..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great probes when they work I use the I grill for both meat and chicken. My biggest concern is that the chicken is fully cooked! Weber did replace one probe promptly when I contacted them but I recently threw away 2 more probes and I bought 2 more to replace them. I always have 4 probes available. I bbq mostly gas but also charcoal. I have 2 gas grills 2 charcoal grills ( large and table) all Weber

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product. My original probes served well on our charcoal grill and our old gas grill. We bought a new gas grill that generates more heat, and I damaged the probes by using them when the grill was too hot. These replacement probes work well, and I am careful to not use them until the grill temp is down to 500 degrees.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Probes are too sensetive I grille and smoke all the time. I have gone through about 16 probes over the past 2 years. At $15 each for replacements, it is no longer sustainable. I keep hoping that an improved product is shipped, but I recently purchased 2 more and on the first use smoking a prime rib, one of them failed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better then sliced bread! I have been using the iGrill and it's predecessor for over 3 years now. Cooking on the grill always turns out perfect. I even use the probes for smoking. The new probes that Weber now supplies are better then the ones from the old mfgr. Wireless remote grilling is the only way to go!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to use I have the iGrill on my Weber grill. I use it all the time but find it difficult to use. Relating to the probes, specifically, I have to admit that the probes work well, but the little colored plastic sleeves to identify them are impossible to remove, so I ignore the colors.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Burnt it up! I had a flare-up while cooking a rib roast (lots of fat to catch fire). The probe rubber cover caught fire as well and the naked probe won't work anymore. You'd think the one feature required for these would be flame resistance. It did work very nicely before that.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great when the probe are new. Works great when the probes are new but on my 3rd time smoking meat at 225 degrees they were ready 20 degrees of and the other probes that didn’t even have probes plugged into them were reading over 500 degreees. WiFi connect works well at short distances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Acccurate The unit is very easy to use. Accuracy is very good. I like to ability to set temperature ranges and ambient heat settings using the app on my phone. I can set it up and let items cook without the need to" hover" every minute to check the grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Work Great I received the iGrill 2 pack of two last Christmas. I set them in the cupboard and they stayed there until this Spring. Boy was that dumb. These work extremely well. So well that I'm buying two more for when friends come over. Thanks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from one year old and broke Both probes burned up while grilling Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. They don't holdup. Plus my temperature gauge on my Genesis II failed after just a few months. Weber used to be good grills, not so much anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works! Grilling Mania! My wife bought the Weber bluetooth meat thermometer for me, and I added two more probes. Great product! Easy to use and it works! Watch the display for temps or on your mobile phone app!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Must Have For Any Griller Great thermometer and app. Only problem I have had is that one of my probes now reads about 70 degrees over what the actual temp is. Hopefully this is covered under the IGrill warranty.
Date published: 2018-09-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my igrill I bought two additional probes to go with the two I already own. I now use on to measure the ambient temperature while the others measure the meat being smoked / BBQ'd.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meat probes My old probes gave me problems. They just did not get it done. But the need meat fantastic. I no longer worry about meat temperatures. Keep up the Great work

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy duty I do you like these better than the ones that originally came with my eye grill they are a heavier duty meat probe which makes it harder for them to go bad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feature I bought this temp monitor a few weeks ago and so happy I did very convenient, I don’t have to babysit my food get alerts when food is done to my liking

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have grill accessory The Weber I grill is an essential tool for my grilling. I run 3 probes: 2 for meat and one for ambient temperature. My grills come out perfectly.
Date published: 2019-06-27
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meat probe/and app New heavy duty probe is great. However, Weber has a whole lot to learn about developing and supporting great software to go with it.
Date published: 2018-01-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement probes I bought these probes as replacements for one that was malfunctioning and as additional probs for multiple pieces of meat.
Date published: 2018-07-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t cook without it I have been using these probes fo years and I do not cook without them. Important that you do not undercook or over cook.
