Rated 5 out of 5 by BBQ MAESTRO from Unique feature I have used this griddle for two years. Forget breakfast and bacon. It fits into the centre of the gourmet BBQ set up lowering it closer to the heat. You can add water and herbs leaving the centre burner off once heat level is reached. Using the Weber rack which perfectly fits on top of it, suspend any form of joint or bird over it. It creates a steam and indirect convection oven that cooks the meat or fowl perfectly while creating a wonderful jus. Keep adding water or in the latter stages wine to top up the skillet and use a Weber probe to achieve perfect internal temp of the joint or fowl. I have cooked ribs of beef, whole chicken, full legs if lamb by this method. Even a goose though in the early stages the fat had to be collected in a metal deep dish placed inside the skillet. There is absolutely no mess or smoke only perfectly controlled cooking.

For all those stinky things your range exhaust can't handle, for all the dishes your stove top burners heat unevenly, for things you move from burner to oven, this pan has your solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jim mckee from Excellent add-on for your grill I use this at least three times a week it's excellent for searing steaks or doing Burgers which always come out better on a flat top than a grill grate. Came with my spirit Grill has a lift out insert to put this pan into which lowers it closer to the flame Sears a steak perfectly
