Rated 3 out of 5 by mikeopines from Lasted one year ! These are necessary to disperse the uneven flames coming from my burners. I have hot spots and the last burner in the line has to be turned on high to get any flame. These heat bars rust quickly and develop holes in them that the flames shoot through. With Weber expect to spend $40 every year to replace them and $60 - $70 every 2 to 3 years to replace the cast iron grates. Rust is also an issue with the low grade stainless steel front and shelves. I love Weber grills, but it seems like they are now cutting corners on quality. I grill about once per month and keep the grill covered when not in use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by TM773 from Much less quality than in the past. I've had Weber Grills for the past 30 years - they were at the top of the quality level. However, the Spirit E310 that I purchased 2 years ago is far from the quality that I knew or expected. The area when the unit meets the base has the paint bubbling and rust is beginning to form. Even worse are the flavor bars. In 2 years they are rusted so bad that 2 actually broke in half. Don't know what has happened to your quality, except to cheapen the parts for more profit, but I might as well buy a grill for $200.00 versus the $500.00+ and then not feel so bad when it begins to fail after 2 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fatboy 94 from Flavorizer Bars for Weber Spirit E-310 NG Grill I purchase my Weber Sprint Grill in in the Summer of 2014. I use it every week all year long. Finally the Flavored bars had holes burnt in them. You could see the flames through the holes. The replacements work great! Would reccomend to anyone who grills a lot. The fat leaks out of the meat and lands on the bars. The fat smokes adds flavor to everything you cook from fish to chicken to steaks.
