Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even cooler than it looks! Very cool toy for BBQ lovers and their kiddos. The charcoal light-up and sound feature is very cool! I bought it for our 5-month old baby, so he's too young to use it right now, but the 7 and 10-year olds have had fun playing with it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great gift idea. Tongs broke quick. I purchased a couple of these as xmas gifts, and it was a hit. Gave it 4 stars because my kids broke the tongs it came with within 2 minutes of playing. Other than that I'd recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ordered 41 days ago and still no update Ordered on 6/14/2020. I have called multiple times, emailed and left voicemails with zero contact from anyone. I understand we are in strange times but other companies have handled their customer service uptick just fine. While the CEO wrote an update on their customer service there is no date on that update so who knows what “two weeks” even means. With emerging competitors in the outdoor cookery market I would think Weber would step up their game. I am extremely disappointed and angry. Using a global pandemic as an excuse for your poor performance is BS and insulting to essential workers. Shame on you Weber.
