That excitement quickly turns into a feeling of defeat and dread.
That is not the case with our grills. We make the assembly process as user-friendly and quick as possible. Because at the end of the day, you just want to be grilling it up. From our assembly guides to apps for select models to our customer service, we keep you in mind when engineering our grills and you’ll be grilling in no time!
Assembly guide and hardware packs:
All our grills come with step-by-step assembly directions. They are done in pictures rather than words to reduce confusion. The directions have been designed to make the assembly process smooth and problem-free. You can download your grill’s assembly guide here if needed.
The grills also come with labeled hardware packs. No more trying to size up bolts to a photo or anything like that. The step you’re on will show you the hardware pack associated with it.
BILT app for Genesis II and Genesis II LX models:
BILT is currently offered for our Genesis II and Genesis II LX models. It can be downloaded off their website.
BILT provides a 3D video tutorial. This walks you through the assembly process while allowing you to stop, rewind, and zoom in on pieces to ensure you get the assembly correct the first time. We’ve all built something and gotten to the end only to realize we’ve put a part on backwards or upside down. With BILT, this will be a thing of the past.
