365 Grilling

I love the look on Weber fanatic’s faces when someone says that they are putting their grills away for the winter. Their chests puff up with pride and a giant knowing grin crosses their face as they proudly proclaim, “my Weber runs 365 days a year.”

To ensure you keep the flames lit during the winter months, there are a few things to remember:

  • Keep a lid on it! Each time you lift that lid you lose valuable heat and will increase your cooking time, thus drying out that beautiful steak or burger.
  • Add time. If you are cooking for longer times, it will take a bit longer to slow smoke so make sure you don't leave your company waiting!
  • Mittens are NOT the same thing as heat resistant gloves. Make sure you are well covered.
