  • Brand Manager

    We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our marketing team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for Belgian and Luxemburg markets.


    Our barbecues are designed to make the whole grilling experience simple and produce great food, allowing our owners to 'wow' their friends and family. This is complemented by our innovative accessories, which allow you to cook pretty much anything on a barbecue. We offer cookbooks, provide regular recipes and advice through our website and emails, and even teach people how to barbecue with our Grill Academy courses.

    The responsibilities include:

    • Development and implementation of marketing programs and tactical plans that significantly improve Weber’s brand strength & penetration in the markets based on EMEA concepts and guidelines and the local market requirements.
    • Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Benelux. The development and execution of the most effective marketing plan in order to evolve brand image/grilling culture, consumer loyalty and sales generation in line with the overall EMEA brand strategy, concepts and guidelines. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager Benelux the implementation of marketing programs covering AtL/BtL, CRM, digital and Trade & Shopper marketing activities.

    ABOUT YOU...

    • You will be university educated with a marketing degree or related subject and have been working in a marketing role, preferably for a premium brand, for a minimum of 3-4 years for a consumer products brand. Experienced in working with a headquarter led organization.
    • Passion and enthusiasm for the Weber brand and for grilling.
    • Strong experience in project management, budget management as well as flexibility and commitment in dealing with time-critical projects, adept at priorization and multi-tasking.
    • Experience in developing and executing multiple marketing programs across various consumer touchpoints AtL and BtL incl. PR, event and sponsoring, social media and POS marketing.
    • Basic Knowledge in media planning and CRM.
    • Good understanding of the consumer journey/consumer life cycle.
    • Demonstrates good communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
    • Focused on consumer and results.
    • Team-oriented thinking and acting as well as distinctive "hands-on" mentality.
    • Enjoys working in an international environment.
    • Your written and spoken Dutch, French and English will be excellent.
    • Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office.
