3 Simple Tips To Help Your Chicken Not Stick To The Grates

The picture you are seeing is something that happens to all of us. So how do you keep chicken from sticking to the grates?

Temperature and time are the keys to grilling chicken. First, put a light coating of olive oil and seasoning directly on the chicken to help prevent sticking. Second, keep the grill temperature around 425-450F.

If the temperature is too high the chicken will stick! You want to grill the chicken breasts for about 4.5 min a side. If you go to flip or remove the chicken from the grates and it is sticking, close the lid and come back in a minute.

These simple tips will help ensure that your next chicken meal will turn out great!
