Where do we deliver to?
Delivery will be made only within the United Kingdom except British Overseas Territories, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and British Forces Post Offices.
When does the delivery take place?
Deliveries take place from Monday through Friday during usual business hours. When sending your order, you will receive an email with a parcel label number so that you can track the current status of your shipment.
How does the delivery take place?
Grills over 31.5 kg are delivered by DHL Freight. All other products are sent via standard shipping with UPS.
Delivery time and availability
Here at Weber, we always strive to process your order immediately and without delay. If a product requires longer delivery times, this is indicated on the respective product's page. The delivery period is determined based on which of the following signs the product bears and whether it has to be delivered by DHL Freight:
The product is available and ready for immediate dispatch. In the case of standard shipping, the delivery takes place within 3-5 days of the customer's payment order to the bank.
In the case of forwarding goods (grills over 31.5 kg) that are available in stock, DHL Freight will arrange a delivery date within 3 days of when the payment is received. The delivery takes place 3-5 days from this date within the agreed time window from Monday to Friday. Please note that it is not possible to schedule a delivery appointment on weekends or public holidays. For delivery, we ask that you provide a telephone or mobile number along with the delivery address so that you can be reached during the day.
If you choose a product that has to be delivered by DHL Freight and also choose products that are subject to standard shipping, we reserve the right to send all products via one shipping method. This may lead to deviations in the standard delivery period, but these are not longer than the shipping period of DHL Freight.

For us, good service is only natural. That's why we give our customers free returns for both recalls and voluntary returns. If possible, please pack your product in its original box or an equivalent. The goods should not show any signs of use. Once we have received the goods, you will be refunded for the purchase price you paid us in addition to the cost of the return in the amount of our most favorable standard delivery rate.
