Edinburgh School of Food & Wine has made a habit of exceeding expectations at every level since the school's establishment in 1986, making us Scotland's oldest cookery school.
Operating from our home on the Newliston Estate, close to Edinburgh and easily accessible from all major Scottish cities, we cover all aspects of culinary education. During our courses, we focus on skills, techniques and handy tips to ensure that the lessons that you take away shape your cooking for years to come.
