Harthill Cookery School
Harthill Cookery School in Chester has been named Best Small Cookery School 2014 at the British Cookery School Awards. Outdoor and live fire cooking is becoming ever more popular as we seek time away from desks, desktops, tablets and smart phones! Our terrace is nestled alongside Peckforton Hills with panoramic views across the Cheshire plain.

Brian is the soul of the cookery school and while most of the courses are run by him, he has enlisted the help of some great chefs that he has met throughout his career. Artisan producers, professors of food science, purchasing gurus, nutritionists, farmers, gamekeepers, preserve makers, foragers, horticulturists, chocolatiers and patissiers - they all work to enhance your learning experience and inspire you.
