How much can you cook and grill with the Q Series?

The Weber Q Series is big enough to roast an entire chicken, yet compact enough to pack in the boot of a car. With careful recipe planning you can feed between four to six people with a Weber Q Series, and more with larger models.

Can you barbecue indoors with the Q Series?

No, the Weber Q series is an outdoor grill. When grilling outdoors, keep away from potential fire risks such as long grasses or overhanging branches and keep a fire extinguisher to hand. Please consult the parks department of your local authority or the nearest tourist information centre for advice on where you can bbq outside the home.

Which gas type is suitable for Q Series portable BBQs?

Only use the correct gas type suitable for your model. You can use disposable Butane or Liquid Propane canisters on the same Q Series bbq, but always check your manual. Disposable tanks last for approximately 1.5-2 hours with standard use. If you prefer to use a canister, you can upgrade your bbq with our adapter kit.

If you smell gas when lighting or cooking with any gas bbq, remember to switch off immediately, extinguish any flames and consult your manual.

How do I clean my Q Series BBQ?

Before cleaning, always allow a gas grill to cool down before disconnecting the gas. Do not use an abrasive pad, instead use a cloth with a suitable metal, plastic or porcelain cleaning spray. Never immerse the grill in water. Brush the iron grate clean and rinse with water. Wipe down the cookbox and avoid splashing water on the burner heads or tubes. Allow the grill to dry completely before storing.
