Information Content Manager, Online Consumer Care

Who doesn't love a summer barbecue?

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO FOR WEBER?

I am the Information Content Manager. I research and author the content in the systems used by our USA, Canada and Mexico Customer Service, Online Consumer Care and iGrill teams. I also provide technical and system support, as well as testing and training for new enhancements. I also like to research and share Weber’s long and successful history.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WEBER PRODUCT?

It is hard to pick just one! I have everything from a 22” One-Touch Kettle to a Gas Go-Anywhere to a Summit. My Skyline 1200 (a relative of the Genesis 1000 of the ‘90s) probably is a slight favorite.

FAVORITE THING TO GRILL?

I have a few. Pizza, meatloaf, pork roast, lobster. When you have a casual crowd, especially with children, it's fun to put all of the pizza toppings out in bowls and let them build their own mini-pizza, using tortillas, pita bread or pizza dough for the crust.

CHARCOAL OR GAS?

Both! I also use an electric Weber Q. The grill choice depends on what I am grilling and how much time I have before dinner.

WHAT'S YOUR BEST GRILLING ADVICE IN ONE SENTENCE?

Plan ahead and keep it simple. Have everything you need all ready so you can toss it on the grill, and have more time to spend with your guests.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED WITH GRILLING?

My family often fired up a charcoal grill on Sundays. Relatives would drive out to enjoy the country and relax with great food. Who doesn’t love a summer barbecue?
