Rated 5 out of 5 by Peter159 from Great customer service I've had my grill for a few years and I've taken pretty good care of it. However, the grilling grills started to pit and rust and a couple of other areas started to rust. I took a number of the parts out and scrubbed them as good as I could, but they were rusted and not just dirty, so scrubbing didn't help. I contacted Webbed, sent in a photo or two, and described the issue. The representative asked for some clarifying photos which I provided and then Weber sent replacement parts to me, free of charge.

We had a problem with the fire box cracking and it was resolved so easily and we received a new firebox after four days. This barbeque is built to last and we are thrilled with the service we received when we did have a problem. Worth every penny!
