Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from IN COLOMBIA I DONT RECOMMEND WEBER, poor service The weber products are worldwide amazing! EXEPT IN COLOMBIA! I choosed to order original in weber the same grill I have in Germany and Spain. Weber Bogota said doesn’t exist in Colombia. So they sold an total random nonsense product. 2 weeks later I saw exactly the weber grill I wanted in Homecenter. I claimed. Lets see if weber central will react and change some acesoria.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Grizz711 from Quality you can see I've owned a few grills over the years but the components often fail from metal fatigue and rot. In my view Weber has some of the best materials from the firebox to the flame diffusers. I selected SS grates, expecting them to last longer and easier to clean. This grill is the perfect size grill for our use. It looks like there should be a panel on the rear of this grill that more fully closes the base. Being a Spirit line model, I miss the accessory garage that is available on the Genesis line.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Grilling chef from Stay way from this Weber BBQ. I bought this two months ago and I'm returning this weekend. Stay way from this product: garbage. I thought the Weber was one of the best BBC manufactures. What is worse: their customer service. You don't know with whom your communicating. Very unfriendly. During the assembly I noticed that one part was not the right one as per the assy guide. I contacted Weber. After providing all kind of proofs, documentation and pictures they decided to send me the right part. I received the e-mail that the order has arrived (was back order) and I was waiting for shipping track# as per e-mail. A moth later I received another e-mail that I won't receive the order part. A mess. I'm happy they cancelled the part, because has helped me to finally return this garbage.
