Sear Station

The Sear Station is designed to create an intense heat zone to quickly add sear marks to your meat. The high heat from this extra burner also decreases preheat time.

Tuck-Away Rotisserie System

The heavy duty, rear-mounted, infrared rotisserie burner evenly distributes heat directly towards the spit. This unique rotisserie system comes with a flip-up motor and a separate spit and fork storage area in the enclosed cart.

Dual-Ring Side Burner

Whether you are simmering a sauce or boiling water, this dual-ring side burner lets you control the heat. Turn the inside ring on for a small sauce pan, or fire up the outer ring for a large pot or wok.

Smoker Box & Burner

Add smoky flavor to any grilled meal with the integrated smoker burner and stainless steel smoker box.

Lighted Control Knobs

Control knobs that light up with a push of a button for optimal control while night-time grilling.

Adjustable Stainless Steel Shelving

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great all around grill We love our Summit Grill Center. It has every thing you could need or want on a grill. The smoke box works great for adding flavor to your food or to give your pizza a wood fire flavor. Haven't tried the rotisserie yet. This grill is large enough to cook for an army of people. ***The only down side we have seen is that the turn knobs break easily. In the 6 months we've had the grill, 2 have already broken.***

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This Weber is a Powerhouse! I've owned Weber's for years and wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on the Summit. Now, I am in-love with it. The lights turn on when the handle is lifted, the sear station gave the best browned outside and the steaks were so juicy and flavorful. The side burner is an extra-large size and was perfect for a Stockpot of corn on the cob. Only reason I gave it a 4 star versus a 5 is the side burner cover is a tad difficult for me to get lifted up. Maybe a recessed pull like the fantastically hidden rotisserie motor? Overall, best investment into our outdoor cooking space that I've made and very, very happy with Weber.
