Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little Ducane in my Weber I purchased this grill because it was good deal and it fit my needs. I owned a Ducane grill for years and was not happy to find they had been acquired by Weber. Not that Weber isn’t a good company, I just found the product line had decreased in quality. Having just dismantled my old Ducane, when I went to assemble my new Weber, I was amazed to find the same Ducane design and quality, except Weber had improved it. The flavorizer bars (or whatever they’re called) now sit on solid surface and not on welded bits that rust away. The grills are wider so food really gets a great char mark. The rest is just solid. Was I surprised, yes, pleasantly so. I found the Ducane in the Weber maze.
