Grilled meatball sub with grilled spinach and chipoltle Gouda cheese.
Too hot to bake inside, so I fired up my 22" kettle. Used indirect heat and cast iron to make perfect sourdough! Grill stayed @ 500F for 1 hour.
When you want good food, you have to have the right grill and smoker on hand where ever you are. Nothing like a 12 lb brisket smoked all day on the shore of the lake.
