A beautiful day for ribs!
Last week I smoked my own bacon on my 16 year old performer. It turned out fantastic. 17 day cure with maple syrup and smoked over kingsford and maple wood. My Weber has never let me down.
Gave the Webber recipe of the week a try: pork shoulder chile verde. Finished it off in a cast iron skilet. Added pinto beans. Awesome recipe!
I call them New Zealand Buffalo wings. They are actually the front legs of New Zealand white rabbits. 6 with Franks red hot sauce and 6 with bar-b-q sauce. Delicious.
