I have owned a weber genesis silver B since 2002 and it has served me reliably with the replacement of minor parts over the years. This year it was time to replace the burners and grates. I ordered the burners from weber and the grates from an on-line store because they were less expensive (the weber sales person informed me of the lower price at the other store). After a week I had not received the burners so I contacted weber. The sales person checked on my order and informed me that for some unknown reason the burners had not shipped. She said she would contact the shipping department and I should receive the burners with in a week. To my surprise the burners arrived the following day, weber had over night shipped them to me. Thank you weber for an outstanding product and always going the extra step to make things right.
