It was late fall, but the snow had already blanketed the yard. We weren't going to let winter keep us from grilling. It was about 30 degrees when I started cooking, and my brother TJ and I joked about the temperature. Little did we know what the winter had in store for us. It never stopped our families from gathering and grilling. More than once when the temps were hovering around the single digits we stood around the grills. Needless to say I'm ready for some warmer weather, but I'll never regret the times we shivered talking food around our Webers.
