I made fun of my friend in 1997 when he paid over $400 for a grill (a Weber). I bought a $200 off brand grill that lasted 3 years and burned my food. I broke down and bought a Weber Genesis 1000 Series in 2000 (red lid 3 burners). Now over 13 years later I finally had to replace the burners which only cost $50 and took 15 minutes. Plus I also have that grill that my friend bought in '97 at our dock/boat - he wanted a bigger/newer Weber. Moral of the story: "you get what you pay for." I am not sure I will ever need to buy a new grill because the Weber's last forever, but if I do, I know what brand it will be. Let me know when you go public, I want to buy some stock.
