As crazy as it sounds, I recently used a Weber grill for a barbecue competition. Believe it or not, I placed in the 20-somethings for ribs and pork done on this crazy little thing out of 60+ teams. The grill was in my wife's family for 30+ years and it's vintage. I just wanted to say thanks Weber for making such great things. As a professional barbecue griller and chef, I could have used my larger pits, but I did it to prove a point. Yes, you too can be a pitmaster.
