My ideal of a burger is the basics...simplicity...we want to taste the burger...My favorite burger is 80/20 ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper, grilled to medium temperature with cheddar cheese melted on top. Served on a toasted bun with a touch of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom bun. The burger goes on next and is topped with a bacon, a few rings of Vidalia onions, fresh lettuce, a slice of tomato, and the top bun. Serve it up and let's eat! That Burger's On!
