In Finland we're having superb BBQ weather right now, +29 C (= +85 F). Just got my first charcoal Weber ( Performer with gas ignition) last summer, and I'm just lovin' it. Used to grill on gas previously but the charcoal is The Real Thing.

My burger with fresh avocado, tomato, crispy lettuce, and home made mayo twisted with smoked paprika. The burger meat is seasoned with Dijon mustard and parsley....
