Smoking meats around our house hold is a big deal. Everyone gets involved. Dad makes step by step picture montage of how to prepare what ever it is he's smoking and I post them to Facebook. Once the meat is on the smoker the list of people wanting to come over had grown by a lot. By the time you know it we have gained six more family members and have a long list of deliverers for people who can't make it over. It's not like were going to run out of food any time soon because dad always always ALWAYS makes waaaayy to much food. We had to buy a new fridge once dad got a Weber smoker. Yet we still find ourselves throwing away ice cream to make room for more meat. I am his daughter/designated helper and I think my dad should win. He makes the best rub by the way.
