My dad will be 71 and going strong this June. What a thrill it would be for us to travel to Chicago together and experience this amazing trip! I love my dad so much that words cannot describe it! I am always amazed by him. How he explains things, his patients, his teaching ability, his determination, his love. I could not have asked for a better dad. He is a pillar of strength and a man of integrity. He has taught me how to be a strong and determined woman and to never give up trying. When something is hard, seek help and try harder. Nothing is impossible with my dad. He has inspired me to try many things in life that I just didn't think I would like or could do. The experiences in my life are all due to my dad giving me the confidence to not be afraid to fail. It only means it's the First Attempt In Learning. My 3 kids have learned to SCUBA dive because of him, how to shoot guns and gun safety, how to work on cars and how to be curious and ask lots of questions in life. My dad took up skiing a few years ago and works hard to be good at it. My dad is the greatest person in the world. He knows no strangers and his dry sense of humor and his hearty laugh will make you fall in love with him too.
