I am told that I am a great chef. I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week. I am responsible for thousands of meals a week. I love what do more then most and I would have never had the passion for food that I have if it wasn't for my father. Unlike most children my best memories of my father are not at a baseball game but standing next to his Weber grill slowly smoking,roasting his famous Cornall chicken in the blistering summer ( He even grilled in horriable Syracuse NY winters) The times brought us closer and gave us time to talk man to man, father to son. He is getting older and doesn't travel much and I miss him, I live in Florida and he in NY. This trip would be the perfect thank you for all that he has done for me.
