My dad was diagnosed with Celiac disease about five years ago. Because he was no longer able to eat his favorite food (pasta) grilling became almost an artistic outlet for him. He has what we refer to as the "Weber Compound." Three Weber grills that he uses for different kinds of grilling, smoking, rotisserie, etc.
At least once a week, he posts pictures of grilled food on his facebook page (he hasn't discovered instagram yet. Shhhh!)
He considers himself a "hardcore" griller. I've seen him grill in a snow storm.
Winning this trip would make me the best daughter of all time.
