Simple Beer Can Chicken: Thoroughly wash bird, discard innards and pat dry. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt and refrigerate for 1 hour, then remove and butter skin all over. Sprinkle with Rosemary if desired. Sit chickens on beer cans and cook for 60 to 70 minutes without raising the lid! All vents should be fully open, and every 15 minutes turn the lid 90 degrees without lifting. That's how we roll in the Buckeye.
