These are two 7 1/2 lb pork shoulders smoked for 8 hrs..2 1/2 hrs on the rack and 5 1/2 in the pan. Done on our 26 3/4" Weber kettle. The new bigger Weber is the best. The two pans are 13" x 17"...big enough for anything you want to smoke. The stainless steel grill rack was long awaited. This grill joins our Smokey Joe, our 18" kettle. and the 22 1/2". Weber Nation... We live it here on Pell Lake Mountain.
