First time grilling & smoking a turkey. Used my Spirit 300 and turned out wonderfully. It will be the only method we do turkey from now on. Brining before is a must and letting it rest 1-2 hours after. 14 lb. Fresh turkey at 275 degrees took 3.25 hours. Breast meat was so moist and tender. Huge hit with entire family. Merry Christmas.
