For four Cuban Burger's

1 1/3 lb. lean hamburger

4 fresh buns

1/2 cup mayo

1 Tbsp. minced garlic

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

8 slices Swiss cheese

4 ounces smoked ham

1 large dill pickle sliced in half then

each half sliced in quarters lengthwise.

In a small bowl combine garlic and mayo, refrigerate until needed.

Preheat the grill to high. Make four Burger's patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 per side until cooked through. Remove from heat and reduce heat to low.

Spread both sides of each bun with the mustard and the garlic mayo. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on bun then a patty. Top that with 1 ounce of ham, 2 pickle slices and then second slice of cheese. Top with other bun and wrap Burger's in foil. Return to grill weighted by cast iron pan, brick or other heavy object for two minutes. Yum!
