I have my original kettle (35 years old) next to this grill which I have had for the past twelve years. I always smoke our Thanksgiving Turkey with a wet rub and lots of cherry and apple wood and time (hours). My wife makes a great turkey pot pie from scratch with the leftovers.

I grill twelve months a year. Besides room for our two cars, I make sure we have plenty of charcoal in our garage to get me through the winter each year.
