Yesterday I decided to grill a meatloaf on the Performer.

Talk about a good idea, using a drip pan under the grates instead of cooking in a pan lets the meatloaf cook without sitting in it's own grease. I stuffed it with green and red peppers, Colby Jack cheese, and just a touch of barbecue sauce. Then I poured barbecue sauce over the top to finish off the cook.

I keep saying if you can cook it in the oven you can cook it on the Weber, and I haven't been proved wrong yet.
