2 years ago I bought the WSM 22 1/2 grill and I'm totally happy I did.
Pork shoulder, ribs, chicken and they were great.
I'm yet to try brisket never done one before. Would like to have some advice on know how.
I always had a gas grill did good but never could get the flavor right especially the smoke.
Switching to the smoker solved everything.
Also got a weber kettle for the hamburgers and hot dogs.
