Grilled a few hamburgers the other night on my new Weber Spirit 210, and some Italian Sausage last night. This is a great grill! So much easier to clean up then my old Genesis that I sold, because it was too big for us. I like the porcelain coated cast iron grates. Want to try some fish and steaks soon. Took your advice about oiling the meat, it worked well! Thank you!
I recently Purchased a summit 670. I smoked Babybacks with the smoker burning on low loaded with hickory wood chips. I had to continuously replenish the chips using an entire bag for a 2-2-1 recipe. My question is, can I use larger chunks in the smoker box to get a longer slower burn? Other than the constant opening the hood, they came out great.
Although I appreciate the concern, everything is great with me. I am eating tremendous barbecue every day, trust me. Barbecuing every day is also a great workout, and you can see my results. Happy Barbecue Month to you as well! Grill something special this weekend!
