I have been known to grill up everything—and I mean everything—that my family eats.
I love my Genesis E-330 gas grill because of the different zones—I can be found grilling up salmon and zucchini on the left side and chicken nuggets and tater tots on the right for my two boys. But on the weekends, nothing beats the taste of burgers and brats grilled over charcoal.
My best advice is to trust your grill. Remember that Weber has taken the guess work out of grilling for you, so just sit back and enjoy.
