A Great Little Grill

I love my Weber Q 220. I have several Weber charcoal grills: one smaller Smokey Joe for taking on vacations and an 18" Weber basic grill, but for winter grilling I wanted a gas grill for convenience and the extra ease of maintaining the temperature when cooking. I cook nearly everything imaginable on this grill. I connected mine to a full size propane tank and have it on the stationary stand, which can be easily rolled on the wheels. I am not sure why they call it stationary. I have baked beans, made tacos by cooking all the ingredients on the grill and then heating the tortillas right on the grill. I have roasted a whole chicken, made sweet potato slices, done bell peppers, mushrooms. If it can be cooked on a range or in the oven, I cook it on my Q. I have recently had a chance to use a Q320 and it was wonderful. I was cooking at a friend's house and she had the bigger one. It was a dream. It had two burners so you could do indirect cooking which would be a great extra feature. It also has the handle light, which I need to buy for mine so that I can see better when cooking a later dinner. That light is handy if you are cooking at sunset. I would buy another Q Grill in a minute. The uniform easily adjustable heat, the great grilling surface, and the ease of cooking on this grill makes it a joy to cook.
