This event is the largest pork barbecue cooking contest in the world and takes place at Tom Lee Park in downtown Memphis. It boasts over one mile of grilling extravaganza. Weber experts will be performing grilling demos throughout the day and will be available to answer any of your grilling questions. Jamie Purviance, chef and cookbook author will be searching for the perfect grilled pork recipe and he’ll be sharing his secrets at the grill. We hope to see you there!!!
