Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for building the Weber and Ducane products. He/she will be responsible for managing the process of developing new products and monitoring the sales and consumer usage habits of existing products. He/she will make recommendations for line extensions and items that should be updated or discontinued. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing a marketing plan for the product category. He/she will evaluate all the marketing elements, including packaging, in-store displays, cross merchandising plans and e-commerce opportunities that support the sales of grilling and lifestyle products. The Product Manager will also work closely with the sales management team to develop annual sales forecasts for each item. He/she will manage projects to assure that they are completed on time and on budget.

The qualified candidate will ideally have 5+ years experience in marketing, brand or product management for a consumer products company. He/she should have a sense of urgency in driving sales results, excellent communications skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Engineering Change Coordinator (ECC)

SUMMARY

The Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for coordinating changes that affect the manufacturing process and supporting Engineering Documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ECC is responsible for entering and/or transferring information received from an Engineering Change Request to the processing documents that include; the Proposal Form, the Work Order Form, the Engineering Change Notification Form, print mark ups as needed and the Engineering Change Log.

The ECC analyzes all submitted forms prior to releasing for review. All submitted documents are reviewed by the Change Coordinator for clarity, thoroughness, and accuracy. The coordinator determines what areas are affected and required to be a part of the review team.

The ECC is responsible for tracking and documenting the status of all changes. The ECC has the responsibility of assuring that all changes occur in a timely manner and performs the necessary follow-up to correct any issues. The ECC facilitates any discussions that are required to resolve open issues.

The ECC is responsible for assuring that all required processing has been completed prior to release. The ECC assures that effective dates for changes are met and coordinates required adjustments as needed.

The ECC supports the completion of changes on BOMs, Routings, and drawing revisions as needed.
